Do you clean your equipment between homes?

Yes. Tools and boots or shoes are sanitized between every yard with pet-friendly disinfectants such as WYSIWASH or Best Shot 256.

Is dog waste less of a problem if the mower runs over it?

No. Mowing over waste spreads contamination around the lawn and increases the chance of bacteria being tracked inside.

Do you haul away the waste?

Standard service double-bags waste and places it in your bin. Haul-away is available for a fee and is included for VIP members.

Can I choose my service day or time?

Routes are scheduled for efficiency. Specific days and times cannot always be guaranteed, but available preferences are considered and VIP members get added flexibility.

How does billing work?

A credit or debit card stays on file. Monthly pre-billing runs through Sweep and Go using an average monthly rate based on service frequency.

What happens if weather or an emergency causes a missed visit?

If a visit cannot be rescheduled, the following weekly visit receives extra time for a larger cleanup.
